【 Requirements for Graduation

1.Graduate students should have completed at least 18 credits in addition to 12 credits for doctoral dissertation.

2.Graduate students may take up to 15 credits per semester.

3.With the consent of the supervising professor and the program director, the doctoral program may recognize the credits of thecourses and scores offered by the institute of the university.

4.Graduate students who have studied courses from other departments (schools) have passed the examination, you must fill inthe "credit application form", which can be included in the graduation credits after approval.

5.Graduates student who have been enrolled since the academic year 106 should visit the website of Taiwan Academic EthicsEducation Resource Center for self-study in the first semester and pass the general test to obtain a certificate of courseattendance.

6.Returning and Readmitted students will take 2 credits of life Pharmacy and Academic Ethics and make up an elective courseoffered by the Department.

7.A comparison report of the Online Detection and Comparison System (Turnitin) is required before the oral qualifying examand at the time of thesis completion.

8.Micro credits are calculated for graduation credits, with a maximum limit of four credits.

9.Application for admission from the 109 academic year: Graduate students who did not take toxicology, pharmacology orphysiology related courses during the university period must take at least 2 credits of toxicology, pharmacology or physiologyrelated courses of undergraduate courses, but they are not included in the calculation of graduation credits.

10.Graduate students should pass the bachelor course with 60. Those who fail the course may not take the make-upexamination. The credits and grades of the bachelor's degree course are not included in the semester, graduation grade pointaverage and credit points.

11.Graduation regulations:

The English graduation threshold selection standard should be equivalent to passing the English Intermediate PreliminaryExamination or participating in the supporting measures prescribed by the school and passing it before graduation.

12.Implementation since the 109 academic year: before graduation, the research results related to the doctoral thesis will bepresented as the first author at domestic and foreign academic conferences (oral/poster presentation). And need to attach therelevant certificate document for review
